You will see by the attached newspaper cutting that yesterday, March 3rd the Attorney General at the Criminal Sessions announced that a nolle prosequi had been entered against the accused in what is well known as the Peak Case.
I should have thought that if the Attorney General really considered that he was in law entitled to proceed against the prisoners in a second trial, he would, under the circumstances which he alleges, have applied for a postponement till the next sessions which
